Introducing, for no practical purpose, the Zero Bad Ideas Cup!

Who will win it and how? I have no idea. I just thought it would be a fun prop to have. Someone on our next Board Game Day will be awarded it. I figure I'll assign points to finishing positions, which might mean we can't play a game where there isn't an official ranking, or coop. Whatever, I'll figure something out, and someone will have their name added to this trophy until some later date when it is contested again.

Since I track all stats for every game we play, I thought it might be fun to list some facts here. I'm not saying you should use this data to predict who will win the cup, it's just numbers.

Luc has the highest all-time win-rate, because he has played fewer games than most, and also retires from games after winning once. Shane has the highest win-rate of 2019, by an actually surprising margin. To no one's surprise, I have by far the most games played overall.

If the ZBICup was awarded now, I guess Luc would get it? But with only a twelfth the number of plays I have, or a seventh of what Shane or Brandon have played, does his 52% really mean more than my 49%? I feel like there must be a mathematical way to weight each player's win rate in relation to each other, I just don't know what that is.
