A group of young boys try to keep their secret boys-only clubhouse secret from cootie-infected girls across a fully modular neighbourhood board. Recruit new boys to generate not only dues in the form of wild resources, but also to form groups for building, exploring and more. There's safety in numbers. Recruit by promising to meet specific targets for things like expansion and security from cooties, but fail to meet those targets and you'll lose your support in making further decisions about the welfare of the club. Each player will be a head boy, with a specialty in one area of the game, and lead a faction of boys as they build up their clubhouse, expand their influence to the edge of being discovered, then tear it all down to relocate to a less hazardous new home base and hope not to lose any club members in the process.

An ever-moving tracker shows the progress of the girls' search for the clubhouse, moving through the neighbourhood carelessly only speeds up their search. Random events like the start of Girl Guide cookie season will upset all plans, and a flu outbreak will reduce attendance numbers.

Additionally, maybe one of the head boys is secretly a girl, not necessarily trying to destabilize the club from the inside, but perhaps an outsider from other girls her age, and just looking for a place to fit in, even in secret.
